We booked a grown-up make-up lesson for three of us to celebrate a birthday. What a wonderful, fun experience! Alayne took so much time to walk us through our make-up routines with a whole bunch of cool Glo products, and we looked and felt great when we were done. This is the perfect bonding experience to do with a couple of friends, or just to give yourself a much-needed boost!

Earlier this month, my friend Nancy and I had our Grown Up Make Up lesson with the fabulous Alayne! I've had make up lessons before that focused on what I was doing "wrong" and what I needed to "hide" or "cover up". I always left feeling badly and spending a lot of money. This was sooo NOT the case with Alayne. We stared by talking about how we wanted our make up to make us feel everyday and on special occasions. Alayne made a lot of spot-on suggestions about color tones and more effective application. I did purchase a number of things that I knew I would use, and could use, every day - and have! And I've gotten a lot of "you look great" compliments as well :) The only note I would have about this service, is you should totally book a foot soak in Alayne's garden before hand - that will make your day complete :) Thank you Alayne!

I never wore make up - only lipstick because I did not want to look “made up”.
Alayne showed me how to look like I am only wearing lipstick but so much better!! My friend and I both enjoyed each other’s lessons too.
