I think most of us would like to be better at something. Kate Hanley's simple and concise guide with short bursts of ideas really speak to the simplicity of improving one's life. I love this book at a simple gift to someone (if they don't get wigged out thinking that you are telling them that they may not be:) And Kate is a local RI author too and one of my faves.
